Warranty Commencement:
All warranty periods begin on the date the item is physically picked up or the date the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address.
To initiate a return or warranty repair you must contact us first and will assign an RMA number to your request.
1. Vintage Audio Repair Services
We provide a 6-Month Warranty on Parts and Labor for all specific repairs documented on your service invoice.
Tamper Seal Policy: To ensure the integrity of our work, a serialized tamper-evident seal is applied to the chassis of all repaired units. If this seal is broken, peeled, or tampered with in any way, the warranty is immediately void. This ensures that no unauthorized internal modifications or "tinkering" have occurred after the unit left our bench.
Shipping: For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the return shipping costs to you.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
Physical abuse, neglect, or improper ventilation/storage.
Damage caused by external factors including power surges, improper voltage, or "Acts of God" (fire, flood, etc.).
Failures in components or sections of the device that were not part of the original paid repair.
2. Analog Media (Vinyl, Cassettes, Reel-to-Reel)
We offer a 30-Day Warranty on all physical media. If your media is defective, you are eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for defective media.
Mishandling Clause: If an item is returned with damage that was not present at the time of sale (e.g., new scratches, heat-warping, or tape crinkling due to a faulty player), the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
3. Refurbished Vintage Audio Gear
All refurbished equipment purchased on this site directly (Receivers, Turntables, Decks, Speakers, etc.) is sold with a 30-Day DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty. * This covers complete failure or functional defects present at the time of sale.
Aside from this 30-day window, all vintage gear is sold As-Is. We strongly recommend testing your equipment thoroughly upon receipt.
4. Refund & Evaluation Process
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be processed "sight unseen." All items must be received by us first and be evaluated to verify the claim before any funds are released. Please allow 2 business days from the time of us receiving the return for your refund to be processed.
